Diagnostics

The photographs comprising Diagnostics were made originally to reveal properties of various optical, electronic, and software components in a digital photography toolchain.

Despite the stillness implied in the imagery, the photographic technique for Diagnostics relies heavily on highly dynamic movement patterns that require full-body participation on the photographer's part. The motion is subverted via unconventional camera parameters that refer the diagnostic purpose.
